The Visual Arts School at The Hermitage Foundation
offers classes and workshops to the community. Adjacent to the museum
on the Hermitage grounds, VAS houses two multi-media classrooms, a
ceramics studio with wheels and kiln, and a darkroom photography lab.
VAS class sessions usually run 6- to 9-weeks, three times a year and are
taught by artists active at The Hermitage and in the Tidewater area.
