Garden Bench Program
A Wonderful Way to Honor a Special Person
or Event in Your Life
The gardens and grounds of the Hermitage are the perfect setting in which to honor a loved one, pay tribute to a friend, or mark a special anniversary or milestone. Select from a number of sites at the Hermitage Museum & Gardens where your teakwood bench will be placed, complete with commemorative plaque. Several styles of seating are available and vary by location.

A small plaque is included with the bench, if desired, to recognize the person(s), event, or accomplishment which your donation represents.
Make a Donation
The Hermitage will accept donations of $1,000, $2,500, $3,000 and $4,000 for your tribute. Please contact the Hermitage Development office at (757) 423-2052 x205 to make an appointment or to discuss this opportunity.
