Join us in our gardens by the Lafayette River for a morning of awakening the mind, body and spirit. Certified personal trainer, Karen Dougherty, will lead classes designed to strengthen and re-align balance in the body. 
$75 for members* + mat and water
$90 for non-members + mat and water

Pilates

For those interested in a morning workout – join us for Pilates by the river. Pilates is a system of movement that re-educates, re-patterns, re-aligns and balances your body.  This method focuses in on the core muscles, abdominal muscles, back, hamstrings, and inner thighs.
$75 for members* + a mat and water
$90 for non-members + a mat and water
